1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MUV platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
MUV is a car rental marketplace that connects customers with rental companies. MUV facilitates the booking process but is not the direct provider of rental vehicles. Each rental is subject to the terms of the respective rental company.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the rental company. Cancellation policies vary by rental company and are displayed at the time of booking. Free cancellation is available for bookings with "pending" status.
5. Payments
Pricing is displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams). Additional charges may apply for extras, insurance upgrades, fuel, tolls, or damages. Deposits may be required and are refundable per the rental company's policy.
6. Driver Requirements
Drivers must hold a valid driving license recognized in the UAE. Minimum age requirements apply as specified by each rental company. International visitors may require an International Driving Permit (IDP).
7. Liability
MUV acts as a marketplace and is not liable for the condition of vehicles, actions of rental companies, or incidents during the rental period. All vehicles are insured by their respective rental companies.
